Speaking from the Heart

After being off for 3 months, it was hard to resume school on Monday. I wasn't in the mood to teach and the kids weren't in the mood to learn either. Nevertheless, we managed to cover one one subject each. However, we were down to business by Tuesday.

As you can tell from the picture, we had a couple of visitors during school hours. They were sitting in our front yard, as dear daughter and I were tackling math .

We have had a few visitors lately. Another mother deer and her fawn were in our backyard yesterday. The fawn was running around like a puppy, while its mom ate plants from my butterfly garden. Although I don't like what the deer does to my garden, I am in awe with God's creation.
