Knit One, Purl Two

It's once again Friday Show and Tell with Canadagirl.


While we were away from school for the summer, I picked up knitting. Besides the doll's poncho and the cap, I made several children's slippers for Minnie and me.

    Very cute! I will be bringing out the crochet soon! Its just too hot to do that in the summer.

    YOu did a GREAT job ! I just LOVE knitting. It is one of my sanity crafts. It is very therapeutic for me. I tend to pray and think a lot while I knit. [0=

    Oh, what a wonderful craft to pick up!! I just learned to crochet last fall and *love* it, but would love to learn how to knit as well. Do you have any recommendations? How did you learn? Did someone teach you, or did you grab a book? Yes, I want to know everything, lol!
